Once the board is set up, sit back and watch the kids dive in and munch on all the treats. With such an exciting combination of sweets and veggies, they are sure to devour everything on the board in no time. So why not give this fun Halloween charcuterie board a try this year and let the kids have a blast assembling and snacking on it.

Recipe Notes:

  • Add funny Halloween drawings to the cheese packet to give a Halloween twist to a regular slice of cheese.
  • If using store-bought chocolate covered pretzels, place them on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 5 seconds. Just enough to gently melt the chocolate to “glue” the eyes on as well.
  • slice caramel apples just before serving to prevent browning. You can lightly brush the apple slices with lime or lemon juice to prevent browning as well.
  • Looking for decorated icing sugar cookies with a fun theme? Now you can find them in local stores, or you can order a small quantity from a small business in your local area.
